High growth soft drinks manufacturer

A forward-looking and highly successful soft drinks manufacturer had determined to install a large turbine to supply a large part of its on-site consumption.  They needed advice on what the overall project costs, tasks and timetable would look like, and we were asked to step in.  We set out budgets to complete the planning application, got a formal quotation for the electrical interconnection, ran a request for proposals for the civils and electrical work and established the turbine cost.  With a solid set of economics and a well thought through work programme, the project moved ahead fast.
